Yep. In fact it's even a sort of regression so Thomas created a bug entry for 
this task. Will be fixed.

Swapped the rows of the default fancy skins. Check it out: you need to
erase the "[MessageListView::Skins]" section from you kmailrc to get
the new defaults.
