[Kde-pim] Introducing kReMail

Hi all,

I've just dropped my latest app, kReMail, into svn (playground/pim). It's 
still very much unfinished, but the goal is to scan documents, ocr them, using 
tesseract, then store them as emails in Akonadi.

Comments/criticisms/patches/bug reports/general comments are more than 
welcome. Top of my priority list to fix are the regex stuff for the email and 
getting rid of the ugly imagemagick hack, if anyone has any ideas.
