[Kde-pim] Kontact Planner Summary

Hey Guys,

i am about to finish the new Planner Summary for Kontact. I Please all of you to test it and tell us your wishes.

The current status is:

- Config Dialog is build but not working yet
- Special Dates will be implemented 
- Changing the status of an To-do out of the summary cause sometimes crash of kontact

So lets test it
