[Kde-pim] Distribution Lists

It seems that the last revision with support for the KABC API is 803235.
After that kaddressbook/features/distributionlistwidget.h/.cpp are missing.

Most likely cause is a "merge" from a development branch, basically 
overwriting the updated client implementation with an implementation based on 
ported KDE3 code.

Which probably also means that some resource plugin(s) have are still leaking 
the workaround implementation instead of implementing the plugin API.

Which unfortunately makes it likely that other applications, KMail probably, 
have also been "fixed" and third party applications using the addressbook API 
have lost distribution list support.

Any suggestion on how to proceed?
