[Kde-pim] Pilot device is not read-write

This has probably to something with you udev (assuming that you use udev)
setup. I don't know the details but I guess you should google a bit on it.
The idea is that you add the right rules to your udev rules (check /etc/udev
or something similar used in your distro).
This can serve as a starting point I think, especially the comment of
