[Kde-pim] KMobileTools

Hi,

There has been very little activity in kmobiletools for a long time.

I would like to take over kmobiletools maintainership. I didn't checked yet
current KDE4 port status and planned to take a look this week-end.
If it is broken and not usable at this stage, feel free to disable it for
now.
