[Kde-pim] ktimetracker to replace konsolekalendar

Hi,

ktimetracker SLOWLY gets ready to replace konsolekalendar, e.g. with its
new --konsolemode switch. As soon as I find it is ready, I will add a stub
program konsolekalendar doing nothing more but saying "Please learn to
call ktimetracker --konsolemode in the future instead of konsolekalendar".
Unless one of you speaks up.
