[Kde-pim] [patch] port plugin interface to KDE4 in KMobileTools and KitchenSync

For review:
(note: cannot test this patch on Windows yet, there could be compile errors,
so either ignore this patch for now or fix probably trivial issues asking me 
for assistance)

Use KDE4's K_PLUGIN_FACTORY and K_EXPORT_PLUGIN instead of KDE3's
K_EXPORT_COMPONENT_FACTORY, what means not only porting but fixing bugs
related to loading KDE3-like plugins.

Also:
- simplify the code a bit in device loader and service loader using foreach()
