Yes, it's the component name, exactly what we need here.

Well, it depends where akregatorpart puts "its things". If it doesn't install any
icons or data files or whatever else into share/apps/akregatorpart, then using
"akregator" as component name is correct indeed.
This is typical in cases where the part is "just a wrapper around the app"
(as opposed to the cases where the part is a standalone thing).
