[Kde-pim] [patch] KMeditor: fix problem with disappearing text cursor in email composer

(Not perfect) fix for problem with disappearing text cursor; (IIRC reported 
yesterday here?)
When you have email text long enough so that the editor widget need to scroll 
vertically, the composer window adjusts its layout in a somewhat delayed way, 
thus KTextEdit::ensureCusrorVisible() have to be delayed too, to address 
change of the editor's height.
