togge has a similar patch pending for the IMAP dialog that will probably fix 
this as well. I can rearrange the SMTP dialog a little as well, but making it 
consistent with the Pop/IMAP one is no longer possible as we're in string 
freeze and the dialog is in the mailtransport library which doesn't have the 
strings to add additional tabs :-(
