[Kde-pim] Store Kaddressbook photos outside of VCF file?

I will add another reason. Recently I has to rebuild my entire 200 kB
vcf file in Kate because of a data corruption bug (I can find the bug
if you want). Had the VCF file been 5 MB including binary data, I
would never have been able to recover my contacts. So having the small
file with no binary data makes recovery easier (or even possible) in
case of data corruption bugs, like we have seen just a few months ago.
