[Kde-pim] [patch] display of phone numbers

Hi, (KDE 3.5 related, KDE4 not checked)

it is annoying that phone numbers which have multiple types selected (e.g. 
voice + work, voice + mobile, etc.) are displayed as "Other" in kaddressbooks 
addressee editor dialog and in the details view (especially if I have more of 
them displayed. "Other" and "Other" doesn't tell me much).

The attached patch fixes that to use KABC::PhoneNumber::typeLabel() which 
correctly displays all selected types.

Ok to commit ?
