If kmail is missing, and therefore kmailinterface.h isn't built, KAlarm
won't compile. There will need to be some conditional compilation in
KAlarm to cope with this. Can KMAIL_SUPPORTED be used in '#ifdef
KMAIL_SUPPORTED' statements?
