[Kde-pim] [patch] KMAIL_SUPPORTED flag in kdepim CMake files

for review:

KMAIL_SUPPORTED is set on top level if required dependencies are found, useful 
message is displayes, and then the flag affects availablility of Kontact's 
KMail plugin and KAlarm's kmail dbus interface, KMailCVT and KOrganizer
