[Kde-pim] Konsolekalendar: how to include birthdays and anniversaries from Kaddressbook?

Thanks, Kevin. When I try that option I get an error that it is an
unknown option, and in fact it does not show in the manpage. I am
using konsolekalendar 1.3.5 in KDE 3.5.10. I see that this feature was
added recently (by you?) and will be available in KDE 4.2 however I
cannot move to KDE 4.x due to accessibility issues. Can I somehow
compile this in my KDE 3 installation? Thank you.
