[Kde-pim] Konsolekalendar: how to include birthdays and anniversaries from Kaddressbook?

Sorry Dotan,

The new --allow-gui option is only available starting with KDE 4.2.
Previous versions of konsolekalendar only look at your local calendar file resource.
