[Kde-pim] Migrate settings from KDE 3 to KDE 4

Normally config file migration should be done automatically, but for some 
reason it doesn't always work. You may need to run kconf_update manually on 
your config files, see https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=165320 for 
details.
