[Kde-pim] Migrate settings from KDE 3 to KDE 4

Hi,

I was wondering, is there any recommended way to migrate settings from KDE 3 
to KDE 4? For instance, I have a set of accounts set up in Kmail in KDE 3, 
but it seems the KDE 4 version doesn't pick up on these settings because it 
uses another rc file for the accounts. How do I make this transition go 
smooth?
