[Kde-pim] [patch] KABC Subresource handling TODO implemented

Hi,

while testing renaming of sub resources for my KABC bridge, I found a TODO in 
kaddressbook/features/resourceselection.cpp regarding sub resource changes :)

Unless I am mistaken adding a signal is binary compatible so we can add the 
necessary signal aside the others to KABC::ResourceABC
See attached patches.
