I ran cmake and it told me I needed OpenSync 0.30 or higher.
So I installed OpenSync 0.31 from source into /usr/local.
No, my distro does not ship v0.31.

Things were happily compiling not that long ago with OpenSync 0.22
that my distro provides.

Should we remove the 0.30 or higher requirement in trunk?
