wfiw, Mailody uses that too and has adapted the same color scheme as thunderbird.

Additionally a wish: I would like to have a generic way to assign that to a user readable label like 'todo', 'follow up' or 'whatever'. I think we should make that a lib so kmail and other mailclients can share the meaning of those $labelN's.
