I thought about this a while back, but came to the conclusion that the 
categories in korganizer and in kaddressbook are different and should not be 
the same. In KOrganizer you have categories describing properties of events 
(meeting, lecture, birthday, leisure, business, travel, etc.), while in 
KAddressbook they categorize persons. Only very few of the categories can 
actually be used for both (business, private, travel, university, ...), but 
not calendar categories are simply unsuitable for persons.
