[Kde-pim] KOrganizer UI problems

Fixed.  The arrow images and tooltips were restored as in KOrganizer3.
I improved the tooltip text IMHO.

I will notify the artists, but haven't done so yet.
We could use a description for this and we

I changed to "4.0 beta3".

Apparently a bug in Qt4.  tsdgeos is reporting to the Trolls.
I added Mike Arthur the credits and I put out a call for anyone else 
who wants to be added to the credits.
