The code is KDE SVN, see http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/KDE/kdepim/akregator/ for 
the current development branch. (It's quite broken as I started to rewrite 
parts of it without finishing it - I either need to finish it or revert to 
the old code before KDE 4.0 release).
