[Kde-pim] Common UI style in kmail configure dialog

Hi,

There are three different types of QCheckBox/QGroupBox combinations in the 
configuration dialog of kmail.

1) QCheckBox outside QGroupBox: Apperance / System Tray
2) QCheckBox inside QGroupBox: Misc / Groupware
3) QGroupBox with checkable title: Security / Warnings

Perhaps this is irritating for the users. I also know it is feature and 
message freeze, so I just want to point to that issue and get your opinions.
