[Kde-pim] Common UI style in kmail configure dialog

Well, my opinion is that 2) is the nicest, it simply looks cleanest.
3) is not so good, because the checkable title is a very long string which has 
to explain where the settins are.
1) is the worst, as the checkbox is not grouped with the rest.

BTW, I hope the users don't compare the SMTP config dialog with the POP or 
IMAP one ...
