This decision to include/not include... that doesn't necessarily mean
"we are going to include a copy whatever state it's in on June 1," it
means "we're going to decide whether to release a copy when the release
is made, and we'll decide this by June 1" right?

The deadline is awfully fast approaching if it's the former, but if it's
the latter and there's a bit of time after, that may be more realistic.
I'm not a developer, but I am somewhat of a user (I'd be moreso, but I
had kpilot eat the entire contents of my phone the other day, so I need
to get more involved in testing very carefully as I really can't have
that happen to business stuff).
