[Kde-pim] Sending invitations to Outlook users

Hi Jan:

I'm glad I asked!  This was very painless.  I followed the direction 
below /almost/ exactly (I was prompted to verify patch files).  It took 
maybe 10 minutes of my time, and was up and running in a few hours.

I've sent some test invites; will report back.
