[Kde-pim] Invitation ansers do no longer allow ICAL in message body

Hello,

I've observed a problem when using the option "send invitation answers in the 
message body" (for Outlook compatibility).
There is nothing in the message body anymore. I think it happens since the 
third option for Exchange compatibility has been added.

Is this an intended change or a regression? Especially the opinion of the 
Kolab guys among the readers would be of interest.
