Unless you pay Trolltech for a "Qt Commercial License", you will be 
using/linking to GPL-ed libraries, here's why:

Kdelibs for example is LGPL, but #includes qt stuff, so kdelibs becomes
1) GPL if you use the GPL version of Qt
2) LGPL if you use the "Qt Commercial License"

PS: Another licensing flamewar imminent? Must be close to a new KDE release 
then. (me goes off, to check calendar)
