[Kde-pim] ktimetracker as unique application

Hi,

I plan to write a plasma data engine for ktimetracker and a plasmoid which 
displays the active tasks in a nicer form. So, this plasmoid works if 
ktimetracker is running and is getting the data via dbus.

It is really easy if ktimetracker would be a KUniqueApplication. Are there 
arguments why ktimetracker should not be an unique application? A pro is for 
example that there is no Open ical action, so that two instances are running 
on the same data source and are not updating each other.
