Also keep in mind that RFC 2445bis says that all-day events (such a new year's 
day, etc.) don't have any time zone information attached per the 
specification. I suppose these methods are meant for such all-day events and 
thus don't need any time zone information as parameter. However, do they also 
return timed events?
