[Kde-pim] How to add translator comments to labels generated with makeaddressee?

Hi,

in some language (e.g. japanese) the term "address" is translated differently 
for street/postal and for e.g. email, something a japanese translator just 
told on ml kde-i18n-doc, to ask for a fix with some more context info with 
the string usages.

Did I understand correctly from my short look at makeaddressee that adding a 
comment to the displayed label is currently not supported? So there is no 
easy way to fix this currently there?

For all other files I am already preparing a patch.
