Wow, that looks really good!

As Allen already mentioned the coding style should be adapted a bit.
Furthermore I just commit some small changes which hide the private API
of KLdapModel as much as possible by moving all private methods and
slots into the KLdapModelPrivate class. Could you try to adapt the other
classes to this schema as well, please? That will help us a lot to stay
BC in future.
