Actually, when I had to switch mail servers I really, really, really cursed 
KMail for the lack of a move folder or copy/paste folder functionality. And 
of course I had to use a different mail app (thunderbird) do move all my 
mails from one server to the other (different maildir implementations on the 
servers didn't make it possible to simply move the maildirs directly from one 
server to the other).
