Ok, thanks.

Since I haven't been working on Akonadi before and they changes moved things 
around, I thought it would be better to have them reviewed before rather than 
reverted

I think this was anyway the last change which changed locations of files, i.e. 
which might have made it necessary for other developers to adjust their test 
setups.
