[Kde-pim] kabc/addressbook: public dpointer in iterators

Hi Tobias,

KABC::AddressBook's iterator classes have their d-pointer in the "public" 
section of their declaration.

Since the respective Private class declaration is only visible in 
addressbook.cpp, can I make them private and add AddressBook as a friend 
class instead?
