[Kde-pim] Merging local subscription support for KMail

Hi,

here's the next large feature patch for KMail from the KDE PIM enterprise
branch (actually it's even from the old proko2 branch): local subscription
for disconnected IMAP. It allows to exclude some folders from syncing,
allowing you to use online and a disconnected IMAP on the same account for a
disjoint set of folders.

The included changes for the Kolab wizard add an option to make use of this.
It will create an online IMAP account for mail folders and a (completely
hidden) DIMAP account for the groupware folders.

The patch is here:
http://www.deltatauchi.de/~vkrause/kde/kmail-local-subscription-complete.diff
as well as two new files:
http://www.deltatauchi.de/~vkrause/kde/localsubscriptiondialog.cpp
http://www.deltatauchi.de/~vkrause/kde/localsubscriptiondialog.h

Again, I need the approval of a KMail maintainer and a KDE PIM module
coordinator to commit this.

regards
Volker
