[Kde-pim] Merging TNEF support for the KMail mail viewer

Hi,

here is yet another feature patch for KMail from the KDE PIM enterprise 
branch: inline-viewing of MS-TNEF attachments.

TNEF attachments are those strange winmail.dat binaray attachments sometimes 
found in mails from outlook users. They can act as a container for the real 
attachments, this patch shows such included files similar to normal 
attachments in the KMail viewer.

The patch is here, it's a lot smaller than the previous ones:

The corresponding fixes of KTnef have already been committed some time ago.
