[Kde-pim] Volunteering code monkey for MS Exchange plugin into kdepim

Thanks Tobias, Reinhold and Vincent, I started looking at the code and of 
course I am still a bit confused by all the new concepts flying around... but 
again, it's sink or swim, so I suppose I will manage to get a hang of it. I 
will have a good look at it during the weekend...
