I had have succefully use MS Exchange 2000 IMAP mail account. But I cannot
directly import their addressbook anyway. For import addressbook I use this
(very ugly and stupid but working) scheme.

1. Of course, you need access to Windows box with MS Outlook AND Windows
Addressbook (WAB) software.
2. In MS Outlook you should setup "Personal addressbook" (NOT Contacts
Folder!!)
3. You call global addressbook, select all contacts and press "Import into
personal addressbook"
4. Next, in WAB you doing Import from another addressbook and select MS
Outlook personal addressbook
5. Next in WAB you do export in CSV
6. Last, it KAddressbook you do import from CSV. I have saved template,
applied for this CSV and can mail it, of course.

KAddressbook cannot import MS Exchange contacts directly - when I try import,
does nothing. When I try kldapio, it takes big junk pile, but cannot take any
valid address.
