[Kde-pim] Suppressing virtual destructor warnings

On one of my machines -- a Kubuntu one -- builds of kdepim 3.5 show up lots of 
warnings because of missing virtual destructors. Some of these are in KDEPIM 
and might be fixable; some are in libs and are not due to BC considerations 
(I think). 

These in particular:

/usr/include/kde/libkcal/calendarresources.h:74: warning: ‘class 
KCal::CalendarResources::DestinationPolicy’ has virtual functions but 
non-virtual destructor
/usr/include/kde/libkcal/calendarresources.h:93: warning: ‘class 
KCal::CalendarResources::StandardDestinationPolicy’ has virtual functions but 
non-virtual destructor
/usr/include/kde/libkcal/calendarresources.h:109: warning: ‘class 
KCal::CalendarResources::AskDestinationPolicy’ has virtual functions but 
non-virtual destructor                                                                               

Can we fix those for 3.5.6?
