[Kde-perl] dcopidl not found?

So dcopidl is something to do with the new KDE features of
DCOP_SIGNAL/DCOP_SLOT.

Does this mean that KDE is a requirement of PerlQt now? I am not using
KDE at all o my system but I do want to keep using PerlQt.

How can I disable KDE to compile PerlQt without KDE? Am I stuck with
PerlQt 3.008?
