[Kde-perl] strange focus problem

Hi folks.

I'm new in using perlqt (generally qt). I've done some experiences in using 
pqt-designer. I've done the following:

1. new -> new perl project
2. new -> main window
3. created tree push buttons
4. created one widget stack (for later use)
5. save, build an run the current project

It runs but no focus, closing it.
Tested the same project files on a second linux box, it runs with focus.
Back to the other box:

6. doubleclick push putton 1, adding
pushButton2->setFocus()
into class declaration pushButton1_clicked

7. setting connection 
8. save and run it

It runs but no focus.
What's going on?


testbox 1:
gentoo linux stable tree, qt 3.3.2, kde 3.2, pqt-designer 3.2.x, perlqt 3.008

testbox 2:
gentoo linux unstable tree, qt 3.3.2, kde 3.2, pqt-designer 3.2.x, perlqt 
3.008
