[Kde-perl] Making progress, had to change Smoke::Index

Hi,
FYI, changed Smoke::Index to int,
then changed smokedata.cpp qt_inheritanceList
to Smoke::Index. Programs now run, though
now all pass. Sun explains in their C++ Migration
manual, have problems with name mangaling.

Next problem: 'make test' gives a lot of:
Can't bless non-reference value at ../blib/lib/Qt.pm
line 540.
