The problems w/speed of animated progressbars in plastik should be fixed
now, see r. 1.30 of kdeartwork/plastik/plastik.cpp; it's even in
KDE_3_2_0_RELEASE (Well, mostly, I think Keramik is still much more efficient ;-) )
