Just a quick remark: If default values are not saved in the local config=20
files (in $KDEHOME) then copying the local config files to another=20
system in order to copy the configuration will probably not work for=20
all options because the two systems might have different global=20
configurations.

Not saving hardcoded default values is also a problem if the same=20
configuration files are used with different versions of a program where=20
some default values have changed.
