Kget: list refresh rate too high

Hi,

Just want to highlight a rather small place for performance improvement:
THe refresh rate of kget is really too high. I guess it is sync to the update 
form the ftp session, making that if you use a high number of concurrent 
session (let say 10), on a resonably fast internet connection, the refresh is 
flickering. Beside it uses twice as much CPU if the panel is open than if it 
is minimized.
Could this be changed to a fixed refresh rate (like 1 second, you really don't 
need an instant update on that knd of statistic anyway!). This worst it as 
downloading is quite a frequently used option by user!
