oh!  Are you trying to compile against qt/mac?  If so, KDE3.x does not
officially support Qt/Mac in any way.  If you can get it going with the
stuff at khaitu.com then more power to you, but expect lots of issues
and no support...

Without real error messages and config.log output, it's hard to help you
any further, regardless.

Is there a reason you don't want to install KDE through Fink or
MacPorts?  They've already done the work of getting all the dependencies
right and getting things compiling, you're much better off doing so
through them unless you have a specific reason not to.

(FYI, I'm the maintainer of KDE in Fink, and the MacPorts packages are
at least in part based on my patches as well...  Most of it at this
point has gone upstream, so in *theory* it should build out of the box,
but in practice, it's pretty much untested.  Not many folks try building
on their own on OSX.)
